2. Use Power Query (Get Data → Transform Data) to clean and shape data: remove duplicates, normalise formats, and create calculated columns as needed.

Data modelling

1. Define relationships between tables (e.g. customers, orders, events). Aim for a star schema where possible.
2. Use DAX to create measures such as MRR, churn rate, LTV, and conversion rates relevant to your income systems.

Report building and publishing

1. Create report pages with key visuals: cards for KPIs, line charts for trends, bar charts for breakdowns, and slicers for filters (e.g. country, channel, product).
2. Publish to Power BI Service if you need online sharing and scheduled refresh.
3. Configure data refresh schedules and access control—decide who can view or edit which reports.
